1. Appointment & Cancellations:

All appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any cancellation fees.

2. Payment:

Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, and other specified methods.

3. Health & Safety:

Please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to receiving services. We reserve the right to refuse service if deemed unsafe for you.

4. Client Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

5. Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds on services once completed. However, we will make efforts to correct any unsatisfactory service within a reasonable time frame.
